How we handle inquiry data.

Information we collect

When you submit an inquiry, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, project details, drawings, BOQ files, budget range, and timeline so we can respond accurately. Uploaded project files are stored privately for quotation review and are not published as website content.

We also use Google Analytics 4 to measure page views and traffic sources. This helps us understand which pages are useful and how buyers find the site.

We do not sell personal information. Inquiry data is used only for project communication, quotation, and service follow-up. Private file links sent for review expire after seven days; stored inquiry files are retained only as long as needed for project communication and operational record keeping.

Uploaded project files are stored in a private Cloudflare R2 bucket and are accessed only through time-limited signed links for quotation review. Inquiry messages are delivered through FormSubmit to the Atelier Marble contact address. These services are used for handling the inquiry and are not used to publish your files on the website.
